2016 \u2013 In pursuit of its objectives and mission, GS1 Portugal (Codipor) created the Innovation and Competitiveness Center, having selected GARRETT \u2013 AUDIOVISUAIS as a creative and technological partner, for the execution, development and integration of the entire technological component of the Building. Headquarters, Training Rooms, Offices, Laboratories and the high-impact project of the Value Chains Interpretive and Exhibition Center.<\/p>\n
This Innovation and Competitiveness Center presents, disseminates and promotes GS1 solutions and standards to associates, partners, developers, companies and common users; with the aim of demonstrating, observing and sharing the processes that improve business efficiency, throughout the product value chain.<\/p>\n
The iconic image proposed by the architecture of the PROMONT\u00d3RIO office was joined by the work of the plastic artist Alexandre Farto \u2013 VHILS, one of the greatest references in the world art scene.<\/p>\n
Various technologies were selected and integrated by the Garrett Audiovisuais team for the execution of this project, such as Virtual Reality, Holography, Interactivity, Large Format Visualization, Digital Signage, Transparent LCD, Audio and Video, as well as advanced home automation and integration systems. .<\/p>\n
As GS1 Internacional is an organization with more than 140 representations in 120 countries, associating around 2 million companies, this Center, recently inaugurated by the President of the Portuguese Republic, was unanimously considered the best GS1 Innovation Center worldwide.<\/p>\n
