Terms and Conditions of Payment
- CHECK: The delivery of material paid by check for an amount equal to or greater than €150 will only be carried out after receipt of payment.
- VISA AND MULTIBANK: For amounts equal to or greater than €5
- CASH: Immediate delivery for any amount
Values and Repair Conditions
- LABOR/HOUR PRICE: €50+VAT
- GENERAL REPAIR CONDITIONS:
– In order to collect the material related to the repair, it is necessary to present the respective receipt, except for equipment that has been sent by a carrier and the customer did not have an entry permit;
– For each quote not accepted, the customer will be charged the equivalent of 1 hour of labor based on the price list in force. Upon acceptance, the referred amount will not be debited;
– Whenever they deem it necessary, our services reserve the right to make a quote even if it has not been requested;
– The repair amount will be paid in cash or ATM upon delivery of the equipment. The equipment sent by carrier will be sent against reimbursement for prompt payment;
– Always check that the accessories that come with the equipment are mentioned in the repair guide. If not, ask the employee to rectify the situation. We will only be responsible for the mentioned accessories;
– The repairs carried out by our services are guaranteed in accordance with the law in force;
– Warranty repairs: to be accepted, proof of warranty must be delivered together with the equipment to be repaired;
– The equipment that needs to be sent to the manufacturers will be subject to a budget with dedicated costs;
– For equipment that, after repair or quotation, remains more than 30 days in our facilities, GARRETT SA reserves the right to charge a daily fee for its storage;
– If the repaired equipment is not collected within the set period of 30 days, the customer will be asked to proceed with its collection within a period of 10 days from the date of the request.
– If, after the aforementioned deadlines, the repaired goods are not collected, Garrett SA declares, for all due and legal purposes, its intention to start owning the property in its own name, reversing the title of possession from the end of the period granted for the collection at the time of the summons for this purpose;
– With the acceptance of these General Conditions, the customer accepts the clauses contained therein, namely with regard to the consequences of failure to collect the repaired item, not being able to impute or demand from Garrett SA any responsibility or compensation related to the items in question.
