Huambo Media Library – Huambo, Angola

Once again in collaboration with Easy People, Garrett developed an audiovisual project for the new Media Library in Huambo, part of the Angola Media Library Network. It was a comprehensive and demanding project, which implied a strong and close collaboration between all the stakeholders. Of a total of 25 media libraries planned until 2016, the Huambo unit is the 6th to be inaugurated. The opening ceremony took place on 2-4-2014, and these facilities are now fully operational. Main Auditorium - Audio matrices untilis - Speakers and Subwoofers Meyer Sound - Wireless microphone system Beyerdynamic - Wireless Digital Conference System Beyerdynamic Thursday with tri-band technology - Simultaneous translation system and guided tours Beyerdynamic for 50 users and 2 languages. - Integration and Touchscreen Wall Command Vity - Video Matrix and Kramer Signal Extenders Cinematheque - 1st Floor - Tensioned fixed projection screen Euroscreen - Panasonic 3D Full-HD Projector - Touchscreen Wall Integration and Command Vity - Denon AV processor - Active speakers Genelec 4040A and 7070A subwoofers Common areas of floors -1, 0 and 1 Ambient and Call/EVAC Sound System with audio matrices untilis, built-in columns and sound projectors RCF, signal sources RCF, among others. The Huambo Media Library has a total area of 2100m² divided into 23 rooms.
