CONFERENCE AND DIGITAL RECORDING SYSTEM
Interconnected and centrally managed microphones for capturing the voice of speakers in meetings, lectures or conferences. Whether wireless or cable systems, there is always a solution to equip an auditorium or a conference center with a solution of this type. Can be used with handheld, lavalier, face or lectern microphones. The output sound can be reproduced in ceiling or wall speakers, or even through individual headphones.
Intelligent Digital Recording with notes and advanced indexing could complement these Conference Systems, as well as remote Collaboration and Videoconferencing tools.
INTERPRETER / TRANSLATION SYSTEM
We provide systems for simultaneous or interpreter translation, depending on the final need of the client. Systems that streamline work in multilingual meetings, for speeches by one or more speakers.
Integration can be done with conference systems.
SOUNDING
Installation and configuration of a sound system with Ceiling or Wall Columns, or line-arrays for larger auditoriums.
We proceed with the analysis and calibration of the system taking into account the acoustics of the space and, if necessary, acoustic panels can be added or the addition of materials to the structure of the space may be advised.
The sound system will naturally be integrated with the Voice Capture, Conference / Videoconference or Video/Multimedia system.
VIDEO / IMAGE
Video/Image Solutions with LCD Monitors or Video-projection on Screens with the possibility of automatic collection. Integration can be made with Presentation or Videoconference (Collaboration) systems, with Video-Signage or Corporate TV systems. In the case of LCD monitors, these can also be installed and parameterized in video walls, with thin frame models.
For large spaces, we can also provide long throw video projection solutions that allow the display of high-quality video on large screens.
VIDEO CONFERENCING SYSTEMS
A videoconferencing system has become mandatory in many meeting rooms or auditoriums. However, such a system can no longer be limited to a hermetic platform, but rather to the integration of systems that allow videoconferencing on various platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, Google.
Garrett Audiovisuais has several solutions for all types of auditoriums, from the smallest to the largest, from the simplest to the most complex.
ClickShare by Barco. A system for connecting peripherals such as cameras, microphones or monitors, which allows the sharing of the use of different videoconferencing platforms in the same room.
NEAT's proprietary technology makes the difference in Hybrid Meetings, with a more realistic experience and less noise for participants.
Sony cameras, as well as the brand's projectors and monitors, are tools that add quality and reliability to any hybrid meeting room.
LIGHTING AND SHADOWING
Lighting control may ultimately be artificial and natural light management. Garrett guarantees in this case an integrated control to manage the intensity of artificial light and the management of natural light with the control of mechanized blinds. Several lighting scenarios can be defined (lecture scenario, cinema scenario), and these scenarios can be selected through touchscreen panels, smartphones/tablets, table modules, or dedicated wireless modules.
Additionally, it is possible to implement energy saving programs, with detection of empty rooms, use of natural light, etc.
INTEGRATION AND CONTROL
Through our solutions, it is possible to integrate the management of Sound, Video, Lighting or even Air Conditioning systems. This means that through a single interface (touchscreen panel or smartphone), we can control the sound volume, video source or light intensity. In large spaces such as congress centers, the control of division panels can also be programmed (eg: large room into 2 small ones), also adjusting the control of the remaining systems.
Through universal protocols it is possible to program and customize the auditoriums and congress spaces for a richer and more functional use.
Auditorium of the Pension Fund, Covilhã
2014 – Cofre de Previdência carried out a remodeling/expansion of its facilities in 2014. Garrett participated in the lighting project for the auditorium of the facilities in Covilhã, with the supply of a Jands Stage CL control table and Chauvet projectors.

2014 – The lighting control of the Small and Large Auditorium of the Centro Cultural de Belém has new reinforcements.
Évora University
2014 – Garrett, in partnership with Areal Editores, developed and installed an audio project in order to improve the intelligibility of the interventions in the Sala dos Atos and in the Senate hall belonging to Colégio do Espírito Santo, in the auditorium of Polo da Mitra and in the Higher School of Nursing.
