The accommodation space is divided into 3 houses with their own identity: The Churchyard House, Eira House and the Courtyard House.

In terms of AV solutions, Garrett Audiovisuais designed and implemented a complete sound and multimedia project for event spaces.

"A Adega," "Bar Honesto," and "Confeitaria" are the indoor spaces reserved for events, where a sound system with Blaze Audio and RCF speakers and subwoofers, with Blaze Audio amplification and control, has been installed. Also for audio, the spaces are equipped with Mipro wireless microphone systems, and for video and image, a SONY video projector with a Euroscreen motorized screen was installed. The Barco ClickShare C-10 solution also facilitates content sharing with the video system.

Outside, Russound's "rock" speakers integrate organically with the space, providing a permanent, invisible sound system all year round.
