CONFERENCE AND DIGITAL RECORDING SYSTEM

Interconnected and centrally managed microphones for capturing the voice of speakers in meetings, lectures or conferences. Wireless systems, ideal for older installations where cabling is intrusive, or cabled for less dated installations or from scratch. Can be used with handheld, lavalier, face or lectern microphones. The output sound can be reproduced in ceiling or wall speakers, or even through individual headphones.
It can be integrated with Videoconferencing systems.

INTERPRETER / SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION SYSTEM

A system that streamlines the work of translating or interpreting the speech of one or more speakers. Integration can be done with conference systems for multilingual meetings.

SOUNDING 

Installation and configuration of a sound system with Ceiling or Wall Columns, Recessed or Protuberant, managed and/or powered by Processors and Amplifiers .
We analyze and calibrate the system taking into account the acoustics of the space and, if necessary, integrate it with the Conference, Videoconference or Video/Multimedia system.

VIDEO / IMAGE

Video/Image Solutions for LCD Monitors or Videoprojection on Screens with the possibility of automatic collection. Integration can be made with Presentation or Videoconference (Collaboration) systems, with Video-Signage or Corporate TV systems. In the case of LCD monitors, these can also be installed and parameterized in video walls, with thin frame models.

LIGHTING AND SHADOWING 

Lighting control may ultimately be artificial and natural light management. Garrett guarantees in this case an integrated control to manage the intensity of artificial light and the management of natural light with the control of mechanized blinds. Several lighting scenarios can be defined (meeting scenario, video visualization scenario), and these scenarios can be selected through touch panels, smartphones/tablets, table modules, or dedicated wireless modules. 
Additionally, it is possible to implement energy saving programs, with detection of empty rooms, use of natural light, etc.

INTERCONNECTION MODULES 

Connect an HDMI cable to transmit your laptop's screen to the projector, or simply plug in an electrical outlet or USB. It is possible to have these interfaces integrated into an office in a discreet and functional way.
For meeting tables, desks or walls, it is possible to provide HDMI, VGA, USB, RJ45 interfaces, or even Bluetooth modules and other wireless protocols.

 

RESERVATION AND WORKPLACE MANAGEMENT 

It is possible to manage your company's workspace in an Efficient, Intelligent and Safe way.
With this solution, employees can book a meeting room or a workstation using their cell phone, a wall panel, or a computer. In addition, the system produces statistical reports so that those responsible can optimize space and costs.
The interconnection is web-based and compatible with various scheduling tools such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Google Suite.
